Hello! Unfortunately, this is not a question that can be answered. I haven't encountered this problem yet and have been using the device for a while. But what I have noticed is that some ports on my PC are more likely to have problems than others (front=problematic; rear=good).

I also had the problem. The headset then flashed red and I did a reset and connected it to the PC with the AUX cable (I used the AUX connection on the USB plug itself) as soon as the software recognised the G933 again, you should be able to unplug the AUX cable again without any problems.

someone here has evaluated the thing under Linux, so it seems to run... https://www.reddit.com/r/linux_gaming/comments/448wls/logitech_g933_wireless_gaming_headset_on_linux/ According to the logitech website, the gaming software only runs under Windows.

Hello together I have now been to a few lans and am currently at the Switzerlan. The headset rarely has problems here, but unlike the 930, it doesn't cut out but the sound is gone or distorted for half a second (every 10 minutes or so) and then it's fine again (via USB). Hope I could help. :)

Hello Mauro, The headset comes with an audio cable that can be connected to a smartphone to make phone calls with the headset. You can find more detailed information on the manufacturer's website under manuals. I recommend that you briefly skim through it in order to know the functions and their limitations. To answer your question: The USB stick which is used for wireless transmission of audio content (Logitech calls this an "Audio MixAmp" if I remember correctly). This USB stick has a 3.5mm cinch connection with which you can forward analogue audio signals to the headset via the adapter. It is important that the USB stick is supplied with power. If you have a TV with a 3.5 mm cinch headphone connection, USB connections and a corresponding 3.5 mm cinch cable, you can send the sound from your TV to the headset without any problems. Cheers and have fun.

Yes, you can also plug the dongel into a power bank and transmit the signal wirelessly via the supplied 3.5mm to 3.5mm. If your Smart TV cannot send audio via USB, you can also do the trick with the 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable.
