The meta quest 3 has a better quality and is actually stronger than the 3s.but the 3s has pretty much everything a starter vr player needs for the price i would take the 3s (i have a 3 and quest 2 myself).
It works better in low light than the Quest 2, but it is not possible to use it in a totally dark room. The sensors need light.
