Very quiet, satisfied.
Requires a lot of space in the case, which makes changes somewhat complicated. Often the fans have to be removed, which is easy. Mounting on Asus Prime Z690 DDR5 possible. Probably no problem with DDR4, as DDR4 and DDR5 only differ by the key notch. No guarantee for the answer.
Normally they should be included. If not, write Noctua an email and they will send them to your home.

Yes, the thermal paste is already glued to the product, you just have to remove a small plastic protection.

Shouldn't be a problem even with OC - this is the best tower cooler with 120mm fans, apart from the P/L ratio.
