The screen of my UE49LS03NAU / UE49LS03N is defective, now I am looking for the most similar available frame (probably 50 inch) which fits on the already installed wall mount. Can you tell me which products in your range will fit? Hello, I don't know of any current TVs that have this central recess for connecting a wall bracket. I'm afraid you won't get around installing a new wall mount. If you use something like the Xantron PRO-SS800 (wall, 75", 65 kg) you at least have a good chance that the holes in the wall will fit.

I am a bit confused that there are different models, but they cannot be compared directly because many details are not given for one model. With the 50" there are three models, they are differently priced and funnily enough the used one is the most expensive, although I can't see any difference. In addition, many responses and reviews report that the Samsung menu and the remote control are not comfortable. We actually watch via Apple Box and have only had its operation so far. Is that also possible with the Frame? Thank you for any information.

The Frame 50" version 2022 comes with a Samsung remote control to control the menus of the TV but also of all devices compatible with the TV, if desired (Apple TV, game consoles, Fire TV etc.). I also use Apple TV with Salt and this TV and I use the Apple remote or the Samsung remote to take control of the device. Both are valid.

When I ordered, it was all included. The registration is done online. The cashback arrived quickly, I've been waiting for the frame for a while, but it's supposed to come at some point after I've asked. Since 15 November, I have had the status "Preparing for dispatch". According to the conditions of participation, the shipment will take place within 45 working days after a successful check.
