HA! After numerous calls to all the dealers who sell the product, I received a telephone number from the manufacturer. According to the staff, the current lack of online presence is due to the start-up of the company and should gradually improve. Here is the phone number (I hope it is ok to post it): 062 511 11 55

Hello SatyrSteph Thank you for your question. The sliding mechanisms can also be tightened, but they may be too tight that they can no longer be moved. Try to loosen them. If that doesn't work, you are welcome to send the item in for repair via Galaxus. Kind regards Team_VMAX

Hello SatyrSteph Thank you for your message. The unit can be ridden on wet roads and in drizzle. We recommend that you do not ride the device in heavy rain, as the electronics or battery could be damaged if too much water gets into the device. The unit should not be driven through puddles. Kind regards Team_VMAX

Unfortunately, there are no spare parts to order and for this reason you would have to send in your e-scooter. This can be registered via the following link: https://www.galaxus.ch/de/returnsandwarranty . If it is not a warranty case, a cost estimate will be sent. https://www.galaxus.ch/de/wiki/559 .
