I always make calls via Teams using this router. As far as I know, this is also VoIP... works perfectly.

I don't use the 5g modem independently in bridge mode. Thanks to very good 5g reception Wifi and LAN mode with good ping rate and stronger upload and download than the outdated fixed network in my neighbourhood...
