Raise3D Hyper Speed ABS Filament gray 1.75mm, 1kg

Hyper Speed ABS Filament is one of the specially developed filaments from the high-speed filament line for FFF printing. When printing at high speeds, the filament is quickly fed into the heating block, and the polymer has very little time to melt from a solid to a molten state, which can lead to nozzle clogging and poor layer adhesion. Additionally, ABS can be prone to warping and delamination of the printed part during high-speed printing without a heated chamber.

With optimized molecular weight and stiffness, Raise3D Hyper Speed ABS is capable of achieving faster melting and cooling during high-speed printing, resulting in a lower temperature gradient and reduced internal stress in the printed part. With virtually no warping and improved interlayer adhesion, Hyper Speed ABS is also perfectly suited for many functional prototyping parts, tools, and fixtures with various post-processing options.

Printing recommendations:
1. For better bed adhesion and a lower likelihood of warping, adding a "brim" or "raft" is recommended. ONLY recommended for Pro3 series with Hyper Speed Upgrade.
