Raise3D ABS Filament White

Reliable and versatile, hard and impact-resistant filament. ABS (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene) is a thermoplastic 3D printing filament known for its reliability, rigidity, strength, and impact resistance. It also offers higher dimensional stability and chemical resistance. These properties make it useful for construction, prototyping, functional testing, assembly of parts, and much more. 3D-printed ABS parts are used for electronics enclosures, toys, and body parts, among others.

Applications:

Recommended printing settings:

  • Nozzle temperature: 245-265 °C
  • Bed temperature: 90-100 °C
  • Layer height: 0.1-0.25 mm
  • Print speed: 25-90 mm/s
  • Cooling fan: Low or off
  • Drying temperature: 80 °C

Printing notes:
For better bed adhesion, it is recommended to set the bed temperature to 100 °C and turn off the cooling fan for the first layers. PLA can be used as a removable support material for ABS.
