HomeKit Secure Video capable
This camera only works with HomeKit (Apple). This has only advantages for me.
Very clear strength is that this camera is ready to use immediately, with maximum 2 minutes installation. No Wifi password, no setting up a user with the manufacturer, no reading the operating instructions.
The other advantage can be discussed. By using HomeKit Secure Video, the video camera recordings are inaccessible and protected. Apple just. With Apple, I have a basic trust. With other companies, no. As I said, you can discuss, for me it is important.
HomeKit works amazingly well, by the way. The settings options are ingenious, and the camera integrates well with the other HomeKit devices. For example, only "record" when no one is home, and like me, turn on the outdoor siren when motion is recorded.
I also think the criticism of the price is misplaced. It's a one-time price, not an additional monthly subscription cost.
That is, no additional subscription costs with Logitech. Apple iCloud costs do apply, but many already have that covered with the Apple One subscription. If you have 200GB in your subscription with iCloud, then you can have 1 video camera recorded. For up to 5 video cameras, you then have to switch to the 2TB iCloud subscription, and that costs the same as the monthly costs such as Netgear/Arlo.
If you don't want Apple storage, then the camera can work without recording the videos, then just streaming.Pro

Not a successor of the Cricle 2
Unfortunately, this camera is called the successor of the Circle 2 here and at Logitech. However, since it no longer supports Android, this is not correct. So who, like me, already has several Circle 2 in use, is faced with a problem.
Must send the camera back, as this is not described. Logitech has recognized the problem and wants to change the misleading designation as the successor of the Circle 2.unfortunately cannot be integrated into the Logi Circle App Circle Save
It is a pity that this great camera cannot be integrated into the Logi Circle App Circle Save. The Circle Save app is perfect - especially the daily summary! The Home app from Apple can't do that :-(

Top price-performance
The Circle View offers a 180% wide view. I was surprised how sharp the image quality is even at the side edges. I can recommend this product to anyone who enjoys technology and wants to monitor sensitive areas.
