For just 1,250 euros, the Samsung GQ55QN90A impresses with enormous brightness, a superbly balanced picture, extensive features and a high level of ease of use. The only thing missing is Dolby Vision. Only the black reproduction shows that the OLED competition is still the first choice for film fans.

The Samsung QN90A covers all entertainment areas and usually cuts a very good figure with streaming apps and video games. Nevertheless, there is room for improvement and there are enough details that Samsung can improve in the obligatory successor. Nevertheless, the QN90A represents a very good value: The brightness increase compared to the QN85A is clearly noticeable and the ADS panel is an alternative...
