Die opulente Ausstattung mit dem riesigen 15fach-Zoom und vielen Funktionen kann über die Schwächen der WB650 nicht hinwegtäuschen: Die Bildqualität bricht bei steigender Lichtempfindlichkeit ein und das Auslösen dauert viel zu lange.

Die WB650 (350 Euro) hat der 20 Euro günstigeren Megazoom TZ8 einen größeren Brennweitenbereich und ein integriertes GPS-Modul voraus. Dafür punktet die Panasonic mit der besseren Bildqualität.
