OPEN/CLOSE control with potential-free auxiliary contact inputs (12-230V UC) for group and central control. This motor right/left run control is used for roller shutters, blinds, roof windows, etc., and can be operated with commercially available mechanically non-locking switches. The priority auxiliary contact inputs allow multiple UMS 5P units to be grouped for central control. The motor running time can be limited (3-240 s) to prevent overloading the motor in case of mechanical blockage. A convenient, automatic, and adjustable closing function prevents, among other things, the unintentional leaving open of a roof window. The selectable blind operating mode allows for precise positioning of the slats of fast-running blinds. The control of the local inputs is done via 230V AC switch signals.
