Insgesamt arbeitet das Sigma sehr gut und die Bedienung ist aufgrund der Gummierung sehr. Auch die Verarbeitungsqualität des Objektivs ist hoch und mit ihrem relativ hohen Gewicht liegt das Gerät gut in der Hand. bei den Bildrändern muss man allerdings einige Abstriche machen, wobei die Werte der Verzeichnung dennoch gut sind.
