Product details

AquaPrint features excellent solubility in cold water as well as exceptional thermal stability.

Filament Spectrum AquaPrint

AquaPrint is a water-soluble support material designed for complex multi-extrusion 3D printing. Compared to other PVA-based support filaments, AquaPrint has an almost four times higher flow rate and reduces dissolution time in water by half. However, the standout feature of AquaPrint is its extraordinary adhesion to various materials such as PLA, PETG, PA, and TPU, offering twice the adhesion strength compared to PVA.

AquaPrint can be printed at lower temperatures, making it the ideal support material and ensuring excellent adhesion.

AquaPrint is characterized by higher structural rigidity compared to other support filaments, particularly PVA. This property significantly improves material transfer from the extruder to the hot end, especially in Bowden extruder systems. This robust structural integrity also enables the creation of solid supports, resulting in an excellent surface finish for your 3D printed parts.

Users of dual-extruder 3D printers can seamlessly combine AquaPrint with various materials thanks to its straightforward printing configuration. Once your print is complete, AquaPrint's biodegradability allows for responsible disposal through standard wastewater systems.

Using AquaPrint as a water-soluble support material enables the 3D printing of complex structures, even with moving parts, all in one piece and with exceptional quality.
