The StarTech USB 3.0 card expands your computer's capabilities with 7 USB 3.0 ports: 6 external and 1 internal. This allows you to connect tablets, smartphones, external hard drives, CD/DVD drives, printers, and other devices simultaneously. It features an innovative stacked port arrangement designed for flat and standard desktop computers. The unique dual flat design is suitable for both standard and flat computers.

The card offers native operating system support in Windows 8.1, 8, and Linux Kernel 2.6.31 or higher. Enjoy fast file transfers with USB 3.0 (5 Gbit/s) and UASP support. It is backward compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.x devices. The SATA connectors support up to 900 mA per port for high-performance USB devices. The PCIe x1 interface is compatible with PCI Express 2.0 specifications.
