XC DM, coded with integrated safety relay. This easy-to-install device does not require a separate safety relay, saving space in the control cabinet while maintaining full functionality. It provides protection according to Cat 3/4 or SIL 2/3 for movable machine guarding or areas that are frequently washed down. Thanks to the integrated safety relay, the switch can perform a self-test and detect its own failure without an external safety relay. The relay can directly control external contactors, ensuring safe control of loads in the form of electric motors. Intended applications include packaging machines, assembly automation, food processing machines, machinery in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, automated production lines, woodworking machines, industrial robots, scissors, and many other machines (workstations with manual feeding/removal of workpieces). The integrated safety relay reduces wiring, complexity, and space requirements in the control cabinet. Diagnosis is provided by a bi-colored LED and PNP output. Operating temperature range: -25 °C to +75 °C. Food-grade polyurethane wiring (PUR). Series connection of multiple switches is possible. Safety code prevents tampering. Tolerance to misalignment through Hall effect technology. Robust design, suitable for light and heavy-duty conditions in the industry. Complies with the requirements of standard EN 088.
