Two hands hold the hub, the server, the patch panel, or the UPS that is about to be mounted in the 19-inch rack. How to mount the screws now? You would need a "third hand" because letting go is not an option!

The mounting aid supports you in the installation of 19-inch components. It can be attached to one or both sides of the 19-inch profile to securely support devices during installation. This way, one or two hands are free for work, and a second person is not required.
