Mit dem Vision 3 HD und dem Shine 2 HD holt Tolino bei der Hardware zur Konkurrenz auf, holt sie aber nicht ein. Grund dafür sind viele kleine Unzulänglichkeiten, die den Gesamteindruck schmälern: Seien es die Lichthöfe des aktuellen Flaggschiffes Vision 3 HD am unteren Bildschirmrand, die Probleme des Touchscreens mit Wasser oder die bei beiden Readern nach wie vor mangelhafte PDF-Unterstützung. Beide Tolinos überzeugen: Die Bedienung ist intuitiv und einfach, der Prozessor ausreichend schnell. Und mit dem HD-Display schließen die eBook-Reader locker zur Konkurrenz auf.
