The three-section tripod features the leg construction of the current EX series, which offers high stability and low vibration due to its special design. This is further supported by the optimized middle brace. The clamp locks are ergonomically shaped to ensure easy and comfortable setup and takedown. With the notched and additionally clampable center column, the optimal working height can be precisely adjusted even after setup. The cross joint includes not only the center column crank and the clamp screw but also a degree scale for panoramic panning and a bubble level. The lower center column can also be locked, ensuring that the upper column sits precisely and firmly. The leg ends are equipped with non-slip rubber feet. The Videomate is equipped with a fluid-damped video head and a quick-release plate unit. The well-known fluid-damped head PH-248 is used as the video head.
