WAGO-I/O-CHECK is a commissioning tool for the WAGO I/O SYSTEM 750. It is an easy-to-use Windows application that allows for the operation and display of a WAGO I/O SYSTEM 750 node without the need to connect the node to a fieldbus system. The software reads the configuration of the node and displays it as a graphical representation on the screen. This graphic can be printed along with a configuration list for documentation purposes. With WAGO-I/O-CHECK, the process data of the bus modules can be visualized and determined. The field wiring, including all sensors and actuators, can be checked prior to commissioning. Application-specific settings, such as baud rate or sensor types, can be configured via the selected interface, Pt100, and thermocouple modules. For communication between WAGO-I/O-CHECK and the node, the coupling must be connected to the available serial or USB port of a PC using the communication cable included in the system's provided kit. The kit contains the software and a cable. The software is included on a CD-ROM and runs on Windows XP and Windows 7. The tool is also available separately as an RS-232 kit and USB kit.
