The new XTAR MC2 charger with two charging slots allows for the simultaneous charging of two Li-Ion batteries. All common battery sizes such as 14500, 18350, or 18650 fit in the XTAR MC2, enabling two batteries to be charged at the same time. Additionally, 26650 batteries can also be used in the XTAR MC2, but they cannot be charged simultaneously as they are too wide and occupy both charging slots. The LED display is red during charging; when the battery is fully charged, the LED turns green. If no battery is inserted, the LED also lights up green. The XTAR MC2 automatically adjusts to the current of the power supply used. When using a 1000 mAh power supply, both slots can charge at a maximum current of 500 mA. If a weaker power adapter (e.g., with 500 mA) is used, both slots can only charge simultaneously at 250 mA.
