A bit late, but for future buyers:
4K 60fps works fine for me with this cable.

60Hz = 60 FPS

Product description does not say if HDMI 2.0a (as required for Samsung SUHD 2016 TVS. Is it "old" HDMI 2.0? Need 2.0a or later for HDR. Also cat7 cablee recommended.

4k support yes. 60 fps seems to work with the PS4, but can't confirm that due to lack of tools on the PS4.
