After 2 years, the subwoofer no longer connects to the main unit. Software is up to date, de-energising and resetting have not worked either. Does anyone know what to do?

The expensive Fidelio is unfortunately faulty, especially with the satellites. If the warranty is still valid, complain immediately. Unfortunately, the new one won't last any longer, and I'm already having problems with the second one. Too bad, the tests and reviews promised better...
Good luck

I don't know, I've never had a problem like this before, but there is a small button at the back of the subwoofer. Press this button, who knows
