Question about Withings Body+
After hundreds of attempts, I can still only use the device for myself. For my son, unfortunately, only the weight is displayed and not the body composition. We have created a profile for him on my app but it doesn't work. Should he also have a Watch? The app gives the possibility to create several users.

Since I use my Steel HR Sport alone, I can't answer the question. But a good tip would be to contact Withings support. I did that with my watch and it worked well. Not immediately, but after 3-4 days they get back to you and they are quite friendly and helpful. I'm pretty sure they can answer your questions. I corresponded first in German and then in English. English is faster and more direct. My English conversation partner was called Sherwin or Win for short. Just try it.

I don't know if you can have two different users in one app, or I haven't tested it. But you can connect several users with their own APP on their own mobile phone to the scale.
