Are the LNB's coupled with this satellite antenna? (can I use a cable from the LNB to my receiver and receive from both satellites)?

Unfortunately, no, it is intended for multiple subscribers and you would need a multiswitch. If you have only one device, this model would be what you are looking for: TechniSat EUTELASTRASAT 850 + 2x Unysat Single LNB
Here you can connect directly to the receiver without an additional device and receive both satellites.
