I only have problems with Sunrise. I have already spent several hours on the phone with Sunrise. Without success. Every time I call Sunrise, they tell me something different. The last Sunrise technician told me that there is no fibre router from FritzBox...even though I have one at home.
The AMV hotline can't help either. They only refer to their knowledge database and say that every Internet provider can activate this box. 
This irritates me a bit because all I hear is that it doesn't work.
Disappointing :(
