As I have no internet Would make my neighbours wifi network accessible but reception is a bit weak, would work with the Fritz repeater 1200, thanks

Good idea in principle. However, success depends on what is meant by somewhat weak reception. If the reception for the mobile phone is unbearably weak, it is also weak for the Fritz. WLAN extension yes, WLAN amplification no. The Fritz should be installed where the field strength is still good!
