Yes, with the app you can access the camera from anywhere. I haven't noticed any difference in the range of functions when I'm not at home.

So far I have not been able to access the camera when I want to access it from outside and I have not seen any settings for this anywhere. I would be very happy if I could set up remote access and operation.
