Can I use more than one ex7500 to extend the range of the WLAN? In my household, only one non-ex7500 is sufficient.

In principle, yes, but the AP must be central. The so-called daisy chain, i.e. from the AP to the EXT to the EXT to the EXT, does not work and if it does, then only very badly (unstable and slow). Netgear therefore advises against it.
