Is there anywhere to order the usb stick separately as mine is broken ?

Yes, it works. I tested it myself. Just plug the usb connector into the ps and it works.

Yes, that will probably work fine, because it comes with a USB transmitter, so you could just plug that into the PS-4 and play.
