Question about Fitbit Charge 4

Can someone explain to me how to set this thing up. When I connect it to the PC, the Fitbit logo and the URL www.fitbit.com/setup appear on the display. That's all it does. Even with Bluetooth it doesn't connect to the PC and the iPhone. Thanks a lot Andreas Gerber

I have figured it out. I thought adding a device was automatic, but it has to be done manually. Now everything is iO.
