Output to Dropbox supported. I don't know about Evernote.
pdf, jpeg and tiff formats are supported. File size can be adjusted. pdf, searchable pdf and secure pdf are available.

Many files are supported. Through the brother application, you can directly choose to save the scans in the dropbox folder of course.
Evernote I can't tell you. I am working with a synology nas or Google products.
