In my opinion, this is not possible. The Joy-Cons of the Switch Lite are permanently installed and cannot be connected to other devices because the Joy-Cons do not have Bluethooth. So you can only control the Switch Lite itself. At most, you can use the Switch Lite as the main console and connect the Joy-Cons of the "normal" Switch to the Switch Lite.
