No. Only one USB plug carries data, another is only used to provide more power because the scenario of this cable is to be used to connect devices with higher power requirements, such as external hard drives where you simply plug the two USB 3.0 plugs to free USB ports, connect the third port to an external hard drive, and more power is guaranteed.
