The Helsana+ app can apparently be connected to Google Fit (link to PDF: https://www.helsana.ch/dam...). With Health Connect (https://health.google/health-con...), most fitness apps can communicate with each other. Mi Fitness can then share the measurements with Google Fit via Health Connect, and Google Fit with Helsana+. Helsana+ may also be able to read directly from Health Connect.

you need to install and configure the Mi Fitness , and create an account, after the app can be use has a tracker of activities since the watch are able to recognize about 150 activities. But with some extra effort you may sync with google fit.
