Can this charger be used for only 4 AA batteries? I have 4 AA 2600 batteries, is the charging time really 15 minutes?

According to the manufacturer, approximately 95% of the full charge is charged when using Duracell 1300 mAh AA NiMH batteries and approximately 100% charged when using Duracell 750 mAh AAA NiMH batteries. The charger has space for 4 AA batteries.
For 4 AA batteries with 2600 mAh, it takes longer than 15 min.
