Can this link cable be used for all Meta headsets, including the MQ3? I don't know much about technology, so I'm wondering if this will also charge the VR headset while it's connected to the PC. I would be very happy about an answer!

Yes, it's compatible with the Quest 3, according to their website: https://www.meta.com/ch... .
And yes, it charges the headset while it's connected to the computer.
