Can this pendant display ONLY be operated with a USB-C connection? (will power also be transmitted) or do I need a power adapter etc.?

The Wacom Cintiq 16 requires the power adapter. The HDMI and USB interfaces are required for the display and the pen respectively.
The product does not have a USC-C interface.
