On the control panel, you can select the network computer to which the scan result is to be sent. On the computer, in the scan utility settings, you can select different actions to be started after receiving the scan, e.g. send to folder, show with Explorer, send to application, attach to email, cloud services, etc.

Save scanned images automatically
The scanned images are automatically saved in a predefined folder. The folder can be changed as required.

The following folders are specified by default for saving.

My Documents folder (My Documents)

Can't answer this question. I could not scan any documents. The scanning function did not work and I sent the printer back.
