Can you control several Tapo cameras together on the app or can you only manage a single one? Do you have to put an additional SD card in the camera even if you store everything on the cloud (which you have to pay for)?

You can control and monitor multiple Tapo cameras simultaneously in the Tapo app. There is no quantitative limit to the number of cameras that can be managed from one account.
