If you format the USB stick on the Strong Leap, 2 partitions are created (with a .... file system). These can also be viewed on other devices (Windows 10 then also wants to reformat the stick...)
I can also copy something to it under Linux - but when I move the film to the Strong, I only have one part left ... > so hardly usable.
How it still works for me: Format USB stick on Android mobile. Then I can also use the stick on Windows and Linux.
I also wanted to transfer films to the box for my son. As he has a child account, he couldn't access the stick - it's all a bit SPECIAL

Since Android TV 10, write access to USB sticks has been restricted, so unfortunately this is the normal behaviour, the USB port is only used to connect a storage medium, the hard drive must be formatted accordingly. The USB port can no longer be used for data exchange media. I recommend exchanging data via a network drive.
