I haven't received a key yet either, but I am in contact with the customer service. I have not yet received a positive response.

I contacted digitec support (digitec@digitec.ch) and received the key shortly afterwards.

I am also waiting for my key. According to the description, it should have arrived on 14 December. To everyone's great surprise, it will probably be delayed a little, which is actually unusual for the year 2020. :-)

Of course, the game won't be released until February anyway, so it doesn't matter now...
