Do all the games also run on Win10? I mean without emulators?

Many do not. Generals works quite well. Tiberium Wars and Twighlight work well, but Twighlight is by far the worst C&C there is.
But Renegade works badly, Red Alert only works part 3, 1 and 2 don't work and part 2 works for a short time with about 10fps.
Tiberium Sund and Tiberium Conflict don't work at all
