Do these work with any internet provider ? Or: just plug it in, connect it and it works ?
Yes, it works with every internet provider. However, I wouldn't buy a 600Mbit/s kit, because the one with 1000Mbit/s only costs 2 francs more:

The advantage of the faster speed: the signals start at 1000 Mbit/s and up to the other end of the connection, there the speed is reduced, with a starting point of 600Mbit/s there may be less left at the end.
