I had exactly the same question when I upgraded from my 55'' to 65''. Answer: no, it is not exactly the same. The lower articulated arm is slightly thicker on the 3345 than on the 2245.
plate is slightly larger and the drill holes are slightly further apart. (all probably to withstand the higher weight).

If you're thinking of putting a 65'' on the 2245, like I did a while back:

It depends on the weight of the new TV. I even called Vogels support because my new TV was minimally heavier than the allowed 20kg (about 20.5kg). Support very competent, said: "It will most likely fit, but no guarantee that it will hold".

I then played it safe and ordered the 3345. I didn't want to risk the new 2000 TV landing on the floor and flattening the PS4 and Xbox One underneath it because of 160 Stutz :D. Sold the old TV, added the 2245 - conclusion: everyone is happy, the TV hangs perfectly and I have no worries.
