Yes, it should also work with Tramsim Vienna.

If you have a good controller, then I could recommend this new TSC-X Train Simulator Controller.
It works for Trains Simulator Classics, for Train Sim World, and also Zusi3. I think the TSC-X Train Simulator Controller can also be used for other simulators.

Digitec might even be interested in including this new TSC-X Train Simulator Controller in their range.
