Does it come with a transmitter and receiver? Can I use the receiver to trigger the Hensel flash - which I mount on the receiver - in addition to my 3 Elinchrom studio flashes?

The transmitter is the emitter. The receiver is the Elinchrome studio flash. The remote control does not work with older models except in combination with, for example, the Elinchrom ELC 500. Then it also works with the Hensel if it has a receiver. If in doubt, look in the Elichrome sets from Digitec where the Skyport is included.
