Does this also work in an apartment building, in 2 different flats?

That should work, but with Powerline it is not certain that the achievable speed is really sufficient. Different fuse boxes can cause a reduction. You would have to test it out. But I'd better go for a solution with a higher speed, because at 600 Mbps you don't really get 600 Mbps at the other end, even in your own home. I would take an AV1000 set, it's not much more expensive and can transmit more data.

Hoi - I had bought and tested both TPs and Devolos for 2 flats in the same house, but different meters, but it didn't work, the devices didn't see each other, not even once (although nothing at all extensive or branched or so).
Some say: it works for them, for others and other places it doesn't work, there is no rule (except the range...). LG

I can't judge it for two flats. I need the TP-Link in a flat with many nooks and crannies.
The result: It works, but the speed is not optimal.
