Does this camera record permanently, or can you set it to only record when motion is detected? If it only records when motion is detected, can you set it to record e.g. 30 seconds before the motion plus the motion plus 30 seconds after the motion?

The Tapo C100 home security camera from TP-Link can be set so that it only records when motion is detected. This is made possible by the Motion Detection and Notifications function. You can also set customised activity zones to only detect and be notified of motion in specific areas.
