Does this card work on this MB: https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/asus-strix-x470-f-gaming-am4-amd-x470-atx-mainboard-8386919 The description says PCI 3.0, and the NW card says PCI-E 3.0 x 4.

Yes, that works. With your board you just have to have a free x16 slot. but you can put an x4 in an x16, no problem.
